There is enough complexity in running a community so we’ll make this simple!
Examples:
For a sixty-unit community:
$10.00 community fee
+ $30.00 unit fee (60 x $0.50)
$40.00 monthly service fee
For a six-unit community:
$10.00 community fee
+ $ 3.00 unit fee (6 x $0.50)
$13.00 monthly service fee

Pricing Terms and Conditions - effective 01/01/2008
- There are no contracts, ever. Services can be canceled with 30-day written notice; however, partial-month refunds will not be given.
- All prices are subject to change and must be paid in an annual installment.
- All NeighborHuddle customers receive free email support. All email requests will be responded to within two business days.
