What is NeighborHuddle?
NeighborHuddle gives communities the power to connect. NeighborHuddle gives residents access to what makes a community a great place to live: people, information and operations. In addition to connecting internally, NeighborHuddle connects all communities in a geographic region to collaborate on common issues, contractor referrals and anything else that matters to local communities.

I want to get started. How long will it take to get my website ready?
Once you complete the sign up form and we verify your information, the community's website will be available for use within two business days.

How does the website's content get updated?
One or more residents in your community will be designated as a "community administrator." Community administrators have the ability to update content and manage user accounts directly in the website without any technical skills required. In an effort to keep the website "fresh", content updates are also provided by users who do things like add business reviews or update profile information.

What kind of support is available to my community?
NeighborHuddle provides email and phone support to community administrators and property managers. During the initial phase of your website adoption, we will work closely with you to ensure a successful launch of your NeighborHuddle website.

Is our community's information secure?
All NeighborHuddle communities are password protected. Only users created by your community's administrator(s) will have access to the site. Certain areas within the site are protected further based on board roles and owner vs. tenant permissions.
From a data standpoint, NeighborHuddle is hosted on a secure server with one of the nation's premier hosting companies. The servers are monitored 24/7 and the data is backed up on a daily basis.

Your community’s URL will be as follows, http://www.NeighborHuddle.com/city/community-name, i.e. http://www.NeighborHuddle.com/chicago/bentley-lofts . In order to be connected to NeighborHuddle's valuable network of communities, your website must reside on the NeighborHuddle.com domain.

Your website's traffic information is viewable by your community's administrator(s) and presented in an easy to understand format.

How much storage space is available to my community?
NeighborHuddle communities receive up to 500MB of storage space. This should be sufficient for most community's content, uploaded documents, images, etc... If approved by our staff, additional storage space can be allocated.

I manage/belong to multiple NeighborHuddle communities. Do I need multiple accounts?
No. NeighborHuddle's unique design allows you to move back and forth between all communities to which you have access with a single login.

At this time, NeighborHuddle does not allow individual communities to sell their own advertising. If your community is interested in offsetting the costs, please check out our sponsorship program!
