Founder Kris Petersen is an entrepreneur at heart who’s experiences showed him the need for an affordable product that could be adopted by communities of all types and sizes.  He is a homeowner, condo association president, neighborhood association member and investment property owner with a strong interest in preserving and improving the environment. Kris is married and lives in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago with his wife, Starrin, and labradoodle, Bentley.
